- Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
- Your first subscription starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required to begin it and you are not charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. The trial is once per workspace: if you have subscribed before, resubscribing bills immediately.
- What does a tracked prompt limit actually cap?
- Tracked prompts are a cap on how many you keep active at once, not a monthly spend. Samples reset daily at 00:00 UTC and audits reset monthly.
- What happens if I hit a limit?
- Reaching a limit stops further work until the window resets. There is no overage charge, ever.
- Where do I see my current usage?
- Current usage against every limit is shown in Settings → Billing.
- Are all the answer engines included?
- There are no per-engine add-ons and no per-engine fees — engines are never billed separately. We sample 7 answer engines today; each brand selects up to 4 of them on Pro and up to 7 on Scale.
